Noticeable Effort and care from start to finish.!!

I believe the product I received was a excellent deal and value for what I paid for. It was exactly what I wanted and what I ordered….. I would expect that.

However, it was the fine extras and the customer service that impressed me and my co-workers.

The package arrived in a heavily protected shipping box… once removed from the protected packaging, I removed a fine tissue hand wrapped 3 piece gift box with a fitted silk cloth blanket covering the necklace. They provide a matching gift bag just in case you need one. “I did”

I later received a personal message from management who asked me if I was satisfied with the product and if I had any questions or concerns. She also sent me the link for care and operational instructions.

Allot of products are the same out there, but not all companies are. My Wife really loved her necklace, and I also really enjoyed the entire process of getting it for her.

And Once again, The presentation really impressed everyone….. 5 Stars absolutely.
