International Shipping

We gladly fulfill international orders with FREE standard shipping for a limited time! Yes, we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia...

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Track My Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. You can check the status of your order online on the Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to be updated.

Lost Item

If you don’t get your package within 20 days from the shipping date, please contact us.

If you don’t get your package within 30 days from the shipping date, we consider it as “A LOST ITEM.” We will offer you a full refund or a new piece for replacement with a $20 gift card.

Address Information

It is the customers' responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. 

Please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for the shipping cost if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
