All Customodish.com items are made-to-order and require 3-5 business days to design and handcraft. Some items have longer production days.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide, and FREE express shipping on orders over $120 for a limited time!

*Please note that the above time frame doesn't include production time or account for delays caused by vendors and weather. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, the COVID-19, but please be assured that we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

International Shipping

We gladly fulfill international orders with FREE standard shipping for a limited time!

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Track My Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. You can check the status of your order online on the Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to be updated.

Lost Item

If you don’t get your package within 20 days from the shipping date, please contact us.

If you don’t get your package within 30 days from the shipping date, we consider it as “A LOST ITEM.” We will offer you a full refund or a new piece for replacement with a $20 gift card.
