Every Customodish piece is made to order. The delivery estimates below include both production and shipping time, starting from the date of purchase.

Priority Delivery includes priority production and upgraded shipping.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the countries available at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
Track My Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also check your shipment through our Track Your Order page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review the tracking information and help investigate the delay.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund.

Address Information
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or needs to be resent because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
