The projection image worked great! Just wanted to share a quick idea for the order screen: it would be great to add a tip telling clients not to put the main focus too close to the edge. Maybe include a line like "Center your image and leave 1/3 extra space all around so the final product turns out as easy to view as possible."

The photo quality is very good, but the crystal is so small it's very hard to see the entire picture at once. Love the simple look to it though.

Because the hidden image is set inside a tiny projection lens, viewing it directly can take a little adjustment—gently tilting the pendant and changing the viewing angle can help different parts of the image come clearly into view. The photo can also be viewed with a phone camera or projected by shining a phone flashlight through the lens.

I give a 4.5 rating (almost a 5). The necklace is lovely and the packaging was very nicely done. Very suitable for gift giving. Customer service has been excellent answering my concerns and helping with my next project. I can't give 5 stars as I can't seem to get my cell phone to capture the picture. I think this is a technology problem. My older ipad with only one camera does a better job (though still not great) of finding the image. As this is not how I am going to be looking at the image most of the time this will not be a big problem for me. I would order again.

I received this beautiful keepsake as a gift, and I love having my mom with me every day. The hologram picture makes my bracelet even more unique and special.
When I first emailed I asked if I could change the bracelet type from the clover to the heart bracelet which Rachel not only made sure was done but also oversaw my bracelet being made from beginning to end and would quickly get back to me if I had any questions. She also went out of her way to email me to keep me updated on the progress of my bracelet and order and how it was coming out. The bracelet was beautiful when it came and I am still trying to understand how to view and project the image, Rachel also assured me that I could come to her anytime if I had any other questions on how to do so.
