I received this beautiful keepsake as a gift, and I love having my mom with me every day. The hologram picture makes my bracelet even more unique and special.
When I first emailed I asked if I could change the bracelet type from the clover to the heart bracelet which Rachel not only made sure was done but also oversaw my bracelet being made from beginning to end and would quickly get back to me if I had any questions. She also went out of her way to email me to keep me updated on the progress of my bracelet and order and how it was coming out. The bracelet was beautiful when it came and I am still trying to understand how to view and project the image, Rachel also assured me that I could come to her anytime if I had any other questions on how to do so. Overall I am currently very happy with the bracelet and customer service.
