At Customodish, we take pride in preserving your most cherished memories. Because every piece of projection jewelry is custom-made with your personal photos, our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of your personalized items while ensuring you receive a perfect product.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong customization, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. 100-Day Quality Guarantee
Beyond our standard return window, we stand by our craftsmanship with a 100-Day Quality Guarantee. Every photo is personally inspected by our founder for clarity before production. If your jewelry experiences any manufacturing issues within 100 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.
Please Note: To help your jewelry stay beautiful for years to come, our warranty specifically covers production defects. It does not extend to accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear resulting from improper care (such as exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or pools).
3. Personalized Item Policy
In accordance with standard e-commerce practices for custom-made goods:
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We accept returns/exchanges for 100% of items that are damaged, defective, or do not match your order details.
- Change of Mind: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for personal reasons, "change of mind," or incorrect sizes/lengths selected by the customer.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping Cost: Customodish provides a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you ($0.00) for all verified defective or incorrect items.
- Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees for all eligible returns.
5. How to Start a Return
To report an issue and help us improve our process, please follow these steps:

- Include a photo of the defect or the area of concern.
- Approval: Once approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions immediately.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
