We have a 90-day return policy, and the policy begins from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Super Easy Return Process
1. To request a return, please contact us via online chat or our only official e-mail: email@example.com. Our customer service rep will follow up with you in 24 hours.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that No Artificially Damaged Goods are Returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. It may take 1-2 business days to process your return. Once we approve the return request, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers can cancel or change within 24 hours for free. After 24 hours, however, the order CANNOT be canceled.
