There are three ways to view the photo inside your projection jewelry:

Hold the pendant close to one eye and look through the center, ideally toward a window or light source. - Light Projection
Shine your phone’s flashlight through the flat side of the pendant to project your photo onto a wall, preferably in a dark room. - Phone Camera
Place the raised lens over your phone’s main camera and slowly adjust until the photo comes into focus.

While our Signature Silver is highly tarnish-resistant and our Classic Brass is sturdy, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or showering. Continuous exposure to water or chemicals can leave specks on the internal lens, which may cloud the projection over time.

The cord of the bracelet is strong and durable. The care instructions state not to wear while exercising or cooking so we are sticking to that. It is beautiful and elegant.

The projection image worked great! Just wanted to share a quick idea for the order screen: it would be great to add a tip telling clients not to put the main focus too close to the edge. Maybe include a line like "Center your image and leave 1/3 extra space all around so the final product turns out as easy to view as possible."

This seems to be a very nice product and I love everything that came with it.
The only thing negative I would say is when you look through it, the subject in the picture was a little high. I think it could’ve been framed a little better, but overall I am satisfied with the product and will probably buy from you again.
Maybe suggest a different carrier next time. It sat in a facility for a few days and I had to contact you for help to move it along, which it did.
